
Scott L. Leventhal is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Tivoli Properties, Inc., one of the nation’s premier real estate investment and development companies. As a fourth generation developer, Mr. Leventhal has spent more than a decade in the real estate development business and has created an impressive portfolio of multifamily housing projects in Atlanta, Georgia. In April 2006, Mr. Leventhal was recognized as one of “Atlanta’s Most Promising Young Stars” by the editors of Atlanta Business Chronicle in their annual “Up and Comers 40 under 40” feature.
Under his leadership, Tivoli Properties, Inc. has built innovative developments which have forever changed the Atlanta landscape for residential condominium living. In just a few years, Tivoli’s has already created a portfolio with a retail value of $315 million. As a result of this rapid acceleration and growth, Tivoli Properties, Inc. has earned recognition as 24th of the top 100 real estate development companies according to Real Estate Forum Magazine’s November 2007 issue.
Tivoli’s primarily develops high-rise condominiums, hotels and luxury apartments. Its projects have set new standards which other developers seek to achieve. Among Tivoli’s pioneering projects is Aqua Midtown, located in Midtown, Atlanta. At the time of its debut, Aqua featured first to market design features and amenities, including Midtown’s first private elevator access building. Some other distinctive projects of Tivoli include Mezzo in Buckhead, Duo in Downtown Atlanta and Tivoli Tenside in Midtown West, Atlanta.
In addition to the management of Tivoli Properties, Inc., Mr. Leventhal oversees the operation of Tivoli Communities, Inc. Tivoli Communities, Inc. featured development is Hampton Island on the coast of Georgia just south of Savannah. Hampton Island’s retail value exceeds $400 million and features resort style living in a private community. A significant amenity of Hampton Island is The Ricefields, Davis Love’s first signature golf course which will be ready for play in the spring of 2008.
Lastly, Mr. Leventhal oversees the management and operation of Tivoli Realty Services, Inc., a real estate brokerage company that provides in-house and third-party real estate sales and marketing services. In its first quarter of business, Mr. Leventhal added 14 employees to Tivoli Realty Services, Inc. and took on multiple projects.
Ronald S. Leventhal, an accomplished real estate developer and President of Tivoli Communities, Inc., serves as broker for TRS. Licensed in the state of Georgia, Mr. Leventhal has participated in a wide variety of financial activities applying his business acumen to the fields of insurance, financial and pension planning, taxation and most adeptly tor real estate investment and development.
An expert in contract negotiation and zoning, particularly in Liberty County and the city of Atlanta, Mr. Leventhal is also the Managing Member of Hampton Island Preserve in Coastal Georgia. The current market value of developments in which he has had a role exceeds $500 million.
Throughout his career, Mr. Leventhal has committed himself to the success of Atlanta’s real estate market. He is a former president of the Cobb Developers’ Association, and played an active role on the Investment Committee while serving as a four-year member of the Board of Directors of Riverside Bank and Trust Company acquired by the Bank of North Georgia (the former Cobb American Bank and Trust).
Mr. Leventhal believes in supporting the community, from the arts to culture to good government. Continuing his dedication to philanthropic efforts, he has recently supported the Telfair Museum Ball in Savannah; March of Dimes-Atlanta; March of Dimes-Savannah; Historic Savannah’s Second Harvest; Thoroughbred Charities of America; St. Joseph’s/Candler Hospital; Hilton Head Equestrian Exposition; Georgia Organics; The Coastal Symphony of Georgia; Eighth Annual Savannah Garden & Antiques Expo; and the Liberty County Martin Luther King, Jr. Golf Tournament. Notably, Ron is the 2008 Co-Event Chair for the prestigious Police Ball in Atlanta alongside Honorary Co-Chairperson United States Senator Johnny Isakson.
Karen M. Hill brings more than 20 years of marketing experience to Tivoli Properties, Inc. As the company’s vice president of marketing, she’s charged with positioning Tivoli within the South’s real estate community, as well as among homebuyers. Hill also leads all marketing, advertising and public relations initiatives for each of Tivoli’s real estate developments.
Having formerly served as regional marketing director for Atlanta’s Coldwell Banker The Condo Store, Hill has a solid understanding of the real estate industry, as well as marketing strategies and tactics used to reach target audiences. Before focusing on the real estate industry, Hill successfully created and launched integrated marketing campaign s for organizations in the pharmaceutical and telecommunications industries, among others.
After graduating form the University of Evansville in Indiana with a degree in marketing, Hill began her career as a marketing consultant in the tri-state area of Ohio, Illinois and Indiana before relocating to Atlanta six years later. In addition to serving as manager of corporate events and incentives for Sprint in Atlanta, Hill was also owner and president of a corporate events firm for nine years. Hill leveraged her event planning expertise to plan and execute more than 100 corporate events.
Heather joins TRS with a decade of managerial real estate experience in a variety of fields including marketing, administration and on-site sales operations. Most recently, she worked with Coldwell Banker The Condo Store where she supervised training processes throughout the U.S., including Boston, Detroit, Las Vegas, Houston, Charleston, Miami, Orlando, Tampa and Jacksonville and served as the liaison between the developer, sales teams, legal teams and corporate office. For TRS, Heather oversees all operations of Tivoli Properties’ corporate office and implements policies and procedures for each on-site sales office throughout Atlanta and the Southeast.
Bobby joins TRS from Tennessee-based Traditions Management where he was the company’s top sales representative, closing more than $90 million in real estate sales in three years. Bobby’s properties included The Residences at the Ritz-Carlton, Dallas, Kikui’ula in Hawaii and a Capella Hotel and Residence development in the British Virgin Islands. Additionally, Bobby acquired 20 properties of his own, created a network of buyers and sold them all for profit. Prior to the real estate industry, he excelled in the software sales for companies such as SAS Institute, Inc., in Cary, N.C., and iProcure, inc. in Greenville, S.C. Bobby is a graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina in Charleston, S.C.
