
Chris brings 15 years of real estate, corporate sales, and entrepreneurial experience to TRS. While attending Clemson University, he sold lakefront property on South Carolina’s Lake Keowee. Upon graduation, he worked in the real estate division of Liberty Life Insurance Company, responsible for site for site selection and management of 120 company-owned and leased field offices in 13 states.
Chris’ career next took him into enterprise software sales where he was a top revenue producer for Datastream Systems (now Infor). While there, Chris launched the sales and marketing efforts for iProcure one of the first Internet marketplaces in industrial distribution and served on the executive committee where he assisted with the company’s successful IPO. Chris then returned to real estate at BuildersFirst Financial as vice president of sales & marketing.
Throughout his career, Chris has owned rental and resort investment properties, a gourmet candy manufacturing/retail store operation and launched his own real estate services and brokerage business, ReCap. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Clemson University.

A seasoned luxury real estate professional, Taylor joins TRS from Traditions Management, L.L.C., where he served as a sales consultant for Capella Bahia Maroma, an exclusive collection of jungle haciendas, beachfront villas, golf estate homes and boutique hotel in Riviera Maya, Mexico. Prior to joining the real estate industry, Taylor honed his sales and technology training skills in the healthcare sector with Dallas, Texas-based Patterson Companies, Inc. Taylor began his career in Austin, Texas, with Dell, Inc., where he was responsible for managing, selling, acquiring and retaining major corporate accounts in the north central United States. A graduate of Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas, Taylor served as president of the Finance Association and rush chairman for Phi Delta Theta Fraternity.

An Atlanta native, Blair is a real estate specialist with an expertise in the first-time home buyer market. She enjoys educating future prospects on their financial goals and helping them decipher which residence best fits their desires and needs. Prior to joining TRS, Blair worked with Coldwell Banker The Condo Store for seven years, first as a closing coordinator before realizing that her true passion was sales. During her career, Blair has worked with some of Atlanta’s leading developers on multi-family housing, condo/town home conversions and luxury high-rise residential projects. Her knowledge of the market, acute attention to detail and ability to anticipate clients’ needs has been perfected through years of building successful relationships with contractors, attorneys, mortgage brokers, interior designers and most importantly, her clients.

Armed with 12 years of corporate sales and luxury real estate sales experience, David is an accomplished sales professional with a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and successfully growing company market share by building long term relationships with strategic partners. He joins TRS from IMI Resorts, where he served as sales executive for exclusive developments in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. In this capacity, David was integral part of a six-person team that sold $68 million across two phases through established relationships with the real estate broker community in Mexico and key U.S. markets. Prior to that, Poe worked in software sales with Greenville, S.C. -based Datastream Systems, Inc. (now Infor) where he led a top producing team as manager before servicing corporate clients in Chicago, increasing revenue more than 250% in the first year alone. Poe also has event management experience, directing music festivals and other projects in Greenville, South Carolina. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Clemson University.

Billy brings more than 12 years of professional sales experience to TRS. While earning a Bachelor of Science degree in industrial engineering at Clemson University, Billy worked with a Greenville, S.C. -based electrical systems integrator implementing back-up power systems for major air traffic control stations across the United States. Following graduation, Billy continued his career in South Carolina as a sales engineer for McNaughton-McKay, one of the world’s largest and most diverse electrical distributors, where he managed several product groups continuously exceeding sales goals during his 12-year tenure. During that time, Billy began making personal investments in real estate and developed a passion for the industry. He became a licensed sales agent and sold residential and commercial real estate in his spare time through a referral company in Greenville.

A 20-year resident of Atlanta, Lisa brings a true appreciation and knowledge of the city’s evolving real estate market. Specializing in luxury residential sales for the past 16 years, Lisa served as a realtor for Coldwell Baker The Condo Store before joining TRS. In this capacity, she managed sales teams and served as closing coordinator on luxury condominiums in the affluent neighborhoods of Midtown and Buckhead. Skilled in sales, marketing, contract negotiations and report preparation, Lisa has meticulous standards when it comes to client care and cultivating strong relationships. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology with a marketing minor from Georgia State University in downtown Atlanta.
